Why can't I order online? We are rebuilding the site to make it easier to see and order our goodies. Sit tight, but don't forget you can order favor cookies and invitastions anytime by phone or email - in fact if you go down to the Press Kit/PDF link below you can download your choices and order form right now! Our Sweet Talk cookie greetings and favor cookies can be ordered by Dec 13th with confirmed payment and will be received in time for Christmas. The new site should be up and running early January with hot new Valentine choices for your honey, AND an online shopping cart to make it super easy for you to get these yummy goodies from our door to yours. Why do you want the information on your inquiry form? The information you provide to us on that form is used by our in house staff when we contact you about your inquiry. It helps us get the process started if we know a little about what you want. Why is there a security code box on your inquiry form? Due to a new wave of spammers with nothing better to do, this is an effort to reduce the volume of junk mail we receive. Please bear with us and take a second to fill in the box - thanks! Why do you want to know how I found your website? Knowing how you found the site is very valuable for us. Word of mouth is terrific. But if you saw an ad, followed a link, or came to us on recommendation from another vendor we can make better decisions about advertising based on these statistics. What other kinds of information do you collect about me? Once we begin the process of your Invitastions order, all info you provide is kept in a file just for you. This includes notes from phone conversations pertaining to the order, copies of emails between us, any info you may have mailed to us, and occasionally info provided from other vendors (i.e. your planner). This file is kept for 1 year, or longer if you are or become a client who orders on a regular basis. If I don't become a client what do you do with my info? Your info and/or file is discarded if it is mutually decided that you will not be ordering our products, it is also discarded if we reply to your inquiry and we do not receive follow up info within a reasonable time as the assumption will be you do not wish to order our products. If after this time you wish to order, simply inquire again and be sure to follow up when we call you! Can I see my file? If you are a client who has ordered and placed a deposit or made payment, you will be able to request in writing a copy of the info in your file. Do you collect credit card information, and what do you do with it? We only take your credit card info to process a deposit or payment. We do not keep this info on file except for the actual order form or contract it may have been written on. We do not process any transactions without your direction to do so. At this time, credit card payments are not taken on the website but we do use PayPal's Virtual Terminal to process the payments. It may show up on your statement as a purchase from our parent company, She Takes The Cake, with (PayPal) next to our name. Why can't I order online? In the future you will be able to. We expect to transition to a catalog and shopping cart sometime in 2007. For now, all you have to do is call or email and your order will be handled quickly! Do you add us to a mailing list? We don't have a standard mailing list, but if you are a current or regular client, from time to time you may receive an email updating you on new and exciting press or products. You can email us at anytime to let us know you do not want this information. If I didn't fill out your form and you contacted me, how did you get my info and will you give it to others? Any wedding show/planner/promoter that we are contracted with will provide us with information called a lead list. We may have contacted you to let you know of our services if you provided this info at a show or with a planner. We do not routinely send out mass mailings to clients on these lead lists. When we do contact you, it is because we feel our product will be of value to you. We are careful of this, because Jen hates unsolicited mail just as much as the next gal! We do NOT sell or give out your info from these lists per our contract with the source, and we do NOT sell or give out your info from our inquiry form. We WILL give your contact info and date to a vendor who works with us in direct contact when producing our products. Who will I be dealing with when I order? Most likely, you'll deal with Jen, but there will be many times where you find out about Invitastions through Erin so you will have dealt with her first. You may find that either Jen or Erin is your primary contact, but certainly either can/will handle your order at any time.
